Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. The room is very spacious and wide, with a window that lets in plenty of light, and I can open it for ventilation. Every corner gives a very clean impression. The hotel provides ample purified water. The areas for work, rest, and toiletries are very well and reasonably separated, with a desk, sofa, lamp, and office chair, all in perfect order. I had a very comfortable stay. The room air was fresh with no odors, very clean and comfortable. The hairdryer, mattress, and pillows are the best and most comfortable I've ever encountered in a hotel. I'll definitely book again if I have the chance. The hotel's facilities and services in all aspects are superb; there are many washing machines and dryers, a gym, breakfast, and late-night snacks, which is very convenient. The front desk staff's attitude is excellent. This is a genuine review and sharing of my stay in such a wonderful environment.

The hotel is very close to Hangzhou East Railway Station, and also very close to the subway exit after leaving the subway. The room is spacious, quite clean and hygienic. However, the front desk was chaotic when I arrived, and I couldn't find the check-in area. The service attitude was also very poor. They really need to improve their service. Giving a good rating out of habit.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the Fuchun River, making a post-dinner stroll along the riverside very enjoyable. The overall decor is very new, the room was spotless and fresh, with meticulous attention to cleanliness. The facilities were complete and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free stay. The breakfast tasted great, with a rich variety and fresh ingredients. They didn't skimp or cut corners despite the large number of guests during the Spring Festival, and there was always plenty of food. Overall, my stay was comfortable and relaxing, with attentive service. It's a great choice for travel, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I visit Fuyang.

This stay was quite good! The smart robot on the first floor was very quick and convenient for delivering food and items. The hotel environment was also decent. The location is at the intersection of Xiaoshan and Binjiang districts, and shopping malls are nearby. The front desk service was attentive, and the buffet breakfast on the 13th floor had a wide variety of options and was great value for money. Highly recommended! Five-star review!

Facilities: Honestly, the facilities don't quite match a four-star rating. The bathroom lighting is too dim, which makes showering a bit uncomfortable. The room light switch design is a bit awkward; it took me a while to figure it out, and I couldn't find a night light mode. The lights also respond a bit slowly. However, overall, it's decent. I chose to stay here for convenience when sightseeing, and it's definitely very handy for visiting attractions and temples. If you want to go to Lingyin Temple and the God of Wealth Temple, I recommend staying here. Cleanliness: Apart from a dead bug on the floor right when I entered, everything else was fine. I forgot to take a picture, but the wall under the mirror light was a bit dirty. Otherwise, all acceptable, and there were no unpleasant odors, which was good. Environment: As mentioned above, the environment doesn't really give a four-star impression. You can choose it for its proximity, but the soundproofing in the rooms is very poor. I could hear the ladies next door chatting clearly. Luckily, they weren't chatting late at night, so it didn't affect my sleep. Service: I actually didn't want to give five stars for service because my takeout order took a very, very long time to be delivered last night. I called three times. The first time, I informed the front desk that my food had arrived and asked them to bring it up. The second time, no one answered. The third time I called, someone picked up and told me they were too busy to deliver it right then. My takeout took almost forty minutes to get from the front desk to my room. The reason I ended up giving five stars is because the hotel is very close to the attractions, so there were traffic controls. We couldn't get a taxi to the high-speed train station and had to walk a long way. The hotel staff provided us with a car to a place where we could catch a taxi, which was very thoughtful. Overall summary: It's generally okay. If you want to visit Lingyin Temple and the God of Wealth Temple, it's highly recommended. However, if you're looking for a top-notch four-star experience and environment, proceed with caution. Nevertheless, all the staff members were very friendly. The issues with the facilities are not related to the staff. I might come back and hope for improvements.

Her handmade noodles were absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great care. She also made wonderful dumplings that were some of the best I have tasted during my trip. Her friendliness and dedication truly stood out and added such a personal touch to the stay. It is rare to meet someone so passionate and thoughtful in hospitality, and Ms. Li made every breakfast feel special. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou.

This was my first time visiting, and to be honest, it was a completely unfamiliar place. After getting off the highway, I just randomly picked a hotel to stay in. But that ”random” part turned out to be a treasure! The service was excellent; they patiently resolved any issues I had. The receptionist, Ms. Feng, was particularly lovely and provided exceptional service. I simply asked her where to eat, what local specialties to try, and what to do in Lin'an, and she patiently explained everything to me. She even wrote down a list of worthwhile places to visit. Honestly, it truly made me feel the warmth of having someone help me while traveling. The weather was cold, but Ms. Feng's help was incredibly comforting. Finally, I'd like to add: Lin'an is really great, and the people are even better.

The bedding is comfortable, and the pillows are just the right height. The bathroom is clean with excellent water pressure. Breakfast offers a wide variety, including local Hangzhou specialties.
