The main selling point is the great location. It's a 400-meter walk to the Heyuan Qufeng (Lotus Courtyard and Winding Paths) and 600 meters to the bus stop for bus No. 7, which goes directly to Lingyin Temple entrance, so no shuttle bus needed. The room was a bit small. Compared to the room rate, the overall service and breakfast felt a bit overpriced. I chose this hotel for its Chinese courtyard style, but the in-room facilities were quite basic, and there was only a small courtyard.

Overall, I'm very satisfied, and what impressed me the most was the hotel's service! 👍🏻 As for the environment and cleanliness, it's acceptable, considering the hotel isn't brand new. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time!

This hotel offers an amazing environment, especially with its private dock. We didn't have to wake up early to queue for boat tickets; we simply enjoyed the unique beauty of the West Lake big boat route. The hotel restaurant is also excellent, with a rich breakfast spread and exquisite lunch options featuring pure and delicious flavors. The tranquil and beautiful courtyard is a plus, and it's super convenient to reach famous West Lake attractions. I'll definitely book here again on my next visit to Hangzhou and highly recommend it to everyone. The only thing to note is that since it's located within the scenic area, you need to arrange your transportation in advance to avoid the traffic restrictions during holidays in the West Lake scenic area.

It's located near Quyuan Garden, making it very convenient for walking or cycling along Yanggong Causeway or Su Causeway. Cleanliness: The hotel is very clean. The location is superb! The hotel's exclusive West Lake boat tour during the holidays was absolutely fantastic! It completely eliminated the feeling of crowds typical during peak season. The hotel restaurant is also excellent, with good prices, a great atmosphere, and generous portions.

The location is superb! It's on a small island right next to Su Causeway. The hotel itself has an island-looping walking path, and Zhao Causeway is nearby, offering beautiful scenery. It's also not far from Lingyin Temple, which is walkable. Most importantly, there are very few people around! A truly excellent experience!

Excellent location on Yanggongdi, right next to Hangzhou Botanical Garden. I was given an upgraded room which was lovely, with a quiet courtyard view. Across the street is Quyuan Garden, so you truly feel like you're staying right inside the scenic area.
