Millennium Resort Hangzhou Reviews

We lived in the North Block and could move between the main building and North Block with ease (pick up service or walking the 200m's). Room very comfortable (same as on images). The swimming pool awesome! The outdoor and indoor playground for kids awesome! Received some dinner discount vouchers and free ice cream voucher too! A small holiday programme was run where a wind turbine fan was created, made cookie shapes and could collect the baked cookies 1 and half hours later. Pool table was an extra benefit and the calmness in the resort was just what we were looking for while enjoying the forest scenery on small easy hikes around the resort.

Booked this hotel through the recommedation of my local contact. We live in a big city so the hotel location is perfect for us coz it's located inside Jiuxi, it's by the mountain, river and forest, what else can you ask for more in a modern city like Hangzhou? The facilities are also well thought for travelling with families. The twin bedroom is big enough to fit family of four. Bathroom is decent size and the design is well-thought and functional, expecially the bath tap pillow, very comformtable. VR room, playground and indoor swimming pool are at the same place, perfect for what we need. Breakfast was nice too and the view through the restaurant windows are beautiful. Service was approachale and prompt. But the restaurant staff might need a bit more hospitality training. Another down side of the hotel is that the heating was too hot. It's 1 degree outside but boiling inside. We stayed for 4 nights but had to turn the heating off after the first night of stay and it was still hot.

I loved our stay. Biggest secret is the walk up to the village following the stream. It feels like being transported away from Hangzhou, relaxing and not as busy as the lake, although it may not always be the same year round In any case after 15 years in he area i have never been told about this place. The hotel in any case is amazing if you are coming over with your family and very pet friendly.

For family 👪 I highly recommend this resort in Hangzhou. This resort is immersed in nature. If you are a nature lover and spend time with family in nature then this is going to be your choice of resort in Hangzhou. You can choose plenty of activities to do at this resort. The staff is really helpful and breakfast had several options to choose and yummy as well..😁

Really enjoyed our stay. My son liked the playroom very much. The grounds are very pleasant and you can walk to the tourist area.

Visited this Resort Hotel during Asian Games 2023. Location wise is little far from the west lake. Service and food ( breakfast) was good. Darwback is that there is no provision for dinner.

Staff are extremely warm, friendly and helpful. They were very attentive to all our needs and provided a great service. The bakery section of the breakfast needs improvement. Overall, we had a great stay and will surely come back again.

Some of the best service that I have received in China! I highly recommend this hotel. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived by Samuel at the front desk. All staff have been trained impeccably. Even the house keeper said 'Sorry to disturb you' in the most beautiful English. As a member of the Marriott group, I usually stay in their hotels, but I have to say, these are the best trained staff that I have experienced in China. Adam, the food and beverage manager walked me through the hotel and was incredibly accommodating. The room was beautiful, the facilities are excellent and you can't fault the location if you are looking for tranquillity amongst the hill of Hangzhou. I will be recommending to all my friends.

The hotel is located in the scenic area, the scenery is amazing, and the air is good! The room is large and clean! The swimming pool is worth praising. We are in the off-season, there are few people, and the place is basically reserved. The staff immediately heated up the small pool when they saw the children. The water temperature is great. You can also go directly into the big pool in winter. It is not cold at all. We live in the South Building, and the takeaway is delivered to the North Building. The security guard at the door knew about it and immediately contacted the North Building. It was delivered to me in 2 minutes. The service is amazing! The only drawback is that most of the breakfast is ordered, there are too few options, and the taste is just average. I hope it will be improved! Come again next summer~
