第二次定家庭房，相信全季的服務和硬件設施，這次定了客運中心的，交通真的太給力了，門口直接就是地鐵站。提前打了前台電話，告知停車地點在酒店樓下，很方便，免費的。下次還還會選擇全季

首先，酒店位置非常好，坐地鐵1號線從杭州東站可以直達，到客運中心下車，3號口出來酒店近在咫尺，同站還有9號線及多個公交線路。其次，周邊有永輝超市，對面天街是個大商場，負一層吃飯方便，還有盒馬鮮生，再次，酒店服務特別好，趕上過年，給我免費升級了房間，特價購買了同行家人的早餐，早餐廳中規中矩，種類不多，但服務特別好，可以現場煮水餃和麪條，總之，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，在杭州度過了一個愉快的新年。感謝全季的各位員工！新年快樂！

房間很乾凈，房間走廊餐廳都很暖和，都有空調，找到了北方的感覺，酒店的位置超級棒，在地鐵站上面，有1號和9號線，去哪裡都方便，而且還有座，到主城區（例如南宋御街，大馬弄等）單人單程5元車票，比打車合適，地鐵還直達蕭山機場，打車40-60元之間，如果周邊遊就更方便啦，守着汽車站，去紹興，周莊，同裏都有直達車，紹興還可以坐地鐵去，稍慢（2小時路程，長途車1小時），但價格便宜。
