先説兩個優點，一是民宿老闆和老闆娘待人接物上很熱情,有什麼問題找他們會幫忙解決；二是房間比較大，連衞生間三四十平有的。
接下來都是不足的地方：
1.作為最便宜的房型也要1000多一晚的民宿，服務上沒有主觀能動性。這兩年各地住過不少民宿，每家都會提前電話確認到店情況，加微信發送找店地圖，入住小tips等都是基操。而這家直到辦入住前都沒有聯繫過我。本次行程我同時定了臨安某書很火的一家民宿，別家提前幾天就聯繫我了，拉服務羣發送周邊遊玩攻略，怎麼找店怎麼停車，協助訂餐等，房費同樣是一千多，服務感受天差地別；辦入住時沒有相關的服務介紹，比如哪裡是餐廳，早餐是幾點，附近可以去哪些景點等，衹是登記身份證給了鑰匙就結束了。。。
2.房間設施配套不齊全，沒有電視，沒有投影，沒有浴袍，洗浴連護髮素都沒有；毛巾有一些發黃的點，地板和百葉窗不太乾淨；
3.景觀房沒有什麼景觀可言，看照片就知道了；
4.早餐太感人了，可選擇性極少。離譜的是牛奶是兑水的，非常非常淡的奶味。
總結，入住的感受不好，老闆人是不錯，管理民宿方面不夠專業，如果這是500一晚的民宿我不會給差評，500的硬件條件加了500的服務費卻沒有被服務到，不愉快。

去龍井峽漂流，首選這家民宿，玩的開心，住的也舒服，出去遊玩住名宿得出經驗一定要選老闆自己的房自己親歷親為服務真的好，有求必應，環境獨特，空氣舒服晚上看心空也非常舒服，漂流回來要求薑茶取暖，到了酒店薑茶水果準備好，跟家裡一樣，晚上吃上老闆娘親自燒的農家菜，做菜用心，都是菜籽油燒的乾淨衞生，上檔次想吃啥跟她説就可以，土雞土鵝都有，吃好飯，麻將走起，孩子打桌球，一點都不累，圖忘記拍了，文字還是要寫一下真心不錯。
避坑的地方也説一下，一，千萬不要到外面吃，外面的農家菜真難吃餐具臟，我們住了兩天第一天就出去的，600多的菜都沒怎麼動，第二天跟老闆娘説再酒店吃，同樣的價格都吃光了，口味也非常適合江浙滬
二，住民宿一定要選自己的房子老闆自己在打理的親力親為這樣服務上更體貼，問了好幾家都是有管家的打理，衹有他説自己是老闆，所以選擇這家，這是個人經驗所得哦
