Our whole family absolutely loved this Hilton. What sets it apart from other Hiltons is its incredible ambiance, chic decor, and thoughtful service. We will definitely choose it again.

The environment is pretty good, with a strong sense of design. It's quite close to West Lake and not too far from Hangzhou East Railway Station. The facilities are excellent; the bedding is top-notch, the mattress is just right (not too soft, not too hard), and the duvet is very comfortable. I slept really well.

This hotel is truly unique, with Hermes orange accents filling every corner of the guest rooms. While it might not have the grand luxury and extravagance that people typically associate with a Hilton, it's definitely a hit with younger travelers.

The location is fantastic, very close to all the main landmarks. The hotel offers a wide range of activities, including a buffet and a live house. The service is prompt and enthusiastic. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and modern. Overall, it's excellent. Highly recommend!

The HZGJ Hotel is very stylish and beautiful. The staff kindly upgraded our room. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to West Lake and the Hubin business district, which is super convenient. The staff service was also great, and the experience was very pleasant and friendly. An unexpected bonus was finding Tian Xuning's magazines in the hotel's first-floor magazine area – a truly tasteful hotel! I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance.

The room was fantastic! Whenever I come to Hangzhou, I always stay at this Hilton by West Lake; I wouldn't choose any other hotel. I absolutely love the hotel's scent and decor. This time, I stayed in a duplex room, and it was simply amazing! The room was huge, and for such a prime location, getting such a spacious room at this price was an absolute steal. I had such a wonderful stay. They even have a Dyson hairdryer and a bathtub – a soak in it was truly relaxing. The hotel service was also excellent; the staff were all very nice. They even offered complimentary drinks in the evening, and breakfast was plentiful. This is truly a hotel I'd happily keep returning to!

However, the made-to-order service, where you need to order through staff, can lead to some waiting time when it's busy. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Vivian, in particular, made me feel right at home. Check-in was super efficient, allowing me to get to my room and rest quickly. They were also always ready to help with any questions. The hotel's location is super convenient too. I'll definitely choose to stay here again if I get the chance!

Stayed with a friend, the room was very clean and the facilities were brand new. The decor perfectly suited a young aesthetic. The front desk lady was also very gentle and kind. Highly recommend, and the hygiene was excellent too!

The hotel is in a central location, within a 10-minute walk to West Lake Scenic Area. The most convenient part is that Intime 77 shopping district is just across the street, making dining and shopping very accessible. The hotel's breakfast is well worth purchasing; the wontons and Eggs Benedict are made to order, and the food quality is excellent. The rooms are spacious and include a bathtub, so I recommend bringing bath salts for a soak. While the room had been vacuumed, the carpet hasn't been cleaned in a long time, so you'll want to wear slippers when walking around. I'm very satisfied with the room amenities, including a Dyson hairdryer and a seat in the shower. I would definitely come back again.

The bedding is comfortable and the service is attentive. I called for room service so many times I was embarrassed, but the staff were still very polite and smiled when they came to the room. The room facilities and amenities are all very good. I would choose this hotel again next time. 👍

The hotel is great, very convenient for young people. It's surprisingly quiet even though it's in a bustling area. The staff are really friendly, energetic, and thoughtful towards guests. My only minor regret is that I didn't get to hear the singer perform this time.
