The location is very advantageous. It is a 5-minute walk to the right of West Lake, which is very convenient. Behind the hotel is the Baochu Tower, and you can take a panoramic view of the broken bridge. There are also many places of interest in the surrounding area

The staff is very welcoming and the view from the room is good. The room industry is huge. I checked out late at 1 o'clock and it was not bad. There is free parking. It feels good in general. Convenient transportation, very close to Nanchang Street.

The environment is nice and clean, very close to the West Lake, and the service attitude is good.

The hotel is on Baoshu Road on the northeast side of West Lake, about 500 meters away from West Lake. It is very convenient to walk there quickly. The room close to the road has good sound insulation after the double windows are closed, and the central air-conditioning control is also very convenient. The hotel's facilities are very good, clean, and the service is attentive and praiseworthy. The 1.8-meter large bed is not very soft. Friends who like soft beds may ask for it and communicate with the front desk to change to a suitable room.

I found the hotel by dragging a suitcase all the way. I thought it would be considered as a chain company at least, but the environment was average. The front desk brother didn’t give a smile from beginning to end, even if the tone still seemed to owe him money, if it weren’t for leaving. I was too tired for a day and dragged two suitcases and big bags. I really want to return the bill and change a place to live.🤦🏿‍♀️

首先位置太好了，就在斷橋旁邊不遠，停車位雖然有限但是管理有方。房間很乾凈，服務特別好，很貼心的配四瓶水，還可以再加。旅行中兩瓶確實是不夠的。周邊吃飯太方便了，杭幫菜和小吃都很正宗，果斷續住一晚。

酒店離斷橋殘雪的景點非常近，酒店的工作人員都熱情專業，門口一位大姐主動給我們介紹景點和附近的好吃的，囑咐我們一些注意事項。我們訂的家庭房，原本衹送2份早餐，酒店又加贈了1份早餐。房間衞生、乾淨整潔，乾濕分離，床品非常舒服。

離西湖非常近，走六七分鐘的樣子就到了斷橋，帶長者孩子出門，住的套房，和家裡一樣的感覺，非常舒服，上下兩層樓都有獨立衞生間，非常方便，早上有機器人送簡餐，屋子還帶了一個小陽台，樓上空調太熱了，一月的杭州孩子説在過夏天
