I asked if the online booking is different from offline, and the attitude was very impatient. 一開始去給我開的房特別臟，朋友用了半包濕巾擦，窗上都是灰塵。後來和前台反映要退房才給換個乾淨點的房間，但是也很臟。被子也很薄，空調上都是灰，衞生很差。服務也差，反映房間沒有熱水，也不來看，就讓我一直開着就行，等到熱水出來，結果最後發現是酒店的冷熱水裝反了。體驗非常差，還不如住對面那個酒店

房間乾淨整潔，前台服務很好，早餐很好很豐盛，環境不錯，設施齊全位置很好，地鐵口很近，熱水很好，很舒服！
