Great Holiday in Hangzhou
the room is nice and confortable very easy access area to go shopping mall and order food delivery can send to hotel , tips for the room some of the room might hot is because of sunny view room but it quiet area great for couple , the staff is nice and friendly, first day on arrival i notice the room was warm in evening one of the reception lady 慧子 she carry the fan and send to my room really kind and efficient .
on next day i want to go to west lake the front dest staff give amazing information and what to do if arrive west lake . overall happy and will come back next holiday in this hotel杭州大假日
房间很舒适，离购物中心很近，点菜可以送到酒店，有的房间有点热 可能是向阳的原因，但安静的区域对情侣来说很好，工作人员很友好，第一天到了，我注意到房间晚上很热，接待小姐慧子她带着风扇送到我的房间，真的很亲切和有效率。
第二天，我想去西湖，出发前酒店工作人员给出了很好的建议。总体来说很高兴，再出游杭州还会选择这家酒店😉

It was a good hotel. But the curtains don’t close properly so the room gets too bright early in the morning. That part needs to be fixed

房間有點老但是很乾凈，早餐還不錯，雖然早餐廳很難找。標示牌很小。路上遇到人都會告訴我。9點去的沙拉不多了，麪包機還開着。中式早餐現做的很好。還有炒飯和香腸。吃的很飽！滿足

房間還挺寬敞的，床墊睡覺很舒服😌，浴缸泡泡澡很爽。前台辦理入住退房效率很高不浪費時間，離開時已經把停車券都弄好了，服務不錯。去吃了早餐蠻好的。

房間還不錯，老酒店衞生乾淨整潔，沙發好像剛換的，坐着舒服。值得一提的是早餐，有現包混沌，現做雞蛋餅，廚師大叔特別耐心。去歺廳要經過一個長廊，酒店很用心，客人可以一路看景色。👍👍👍
