I brought my elderly mother to Hangzhou and we stayed at the Zixuan. We were very satisfied! The facilities, service, dining, and room types were all excellent. What I loved most was the wonderful combination of 'luxury + wild charm'. The luxury offered convenience and comfort, while the wild charm nourished our spirits and minds, and the pervasive aroma of essential oils served as the link between the two. Sleeping amidst the serene greenery of Yuhu Bay, with the sound of rain pattering on the roof and steps – endless misty rain, freely falling blossoms, winding paths leading to secluded spots, and moss-covered green steps. Drinking tea in the hotel's courtyard was simply delightful. Flower Harbor Viewing Fish, Leifeng Pagoda Scenic Area, Prince Bay Park, the southern entrance of Su Causeway, and Majiawan Pier are all within walking distance. Turtle Pond, Yuhu Bay, and Yu Qian Temple are very close by. If you're young, you can even walk to Quyuan Garden (Curved Courtyard and Lotus Pool in Summer) and Maojiapu. Getting to Hupao Spring is also easy; it's just a three-stop bus ride from Wuzhuangyuan Archway in Yuhu Bay. My mother had a relaxed, unhurried, and enthusiastic time, and I was so happy to be able to enjoy the beautiful Hangzhou spring so leisurely with her! I saw a couplet at Pinghu Qiuyue (Autumn Moon Over the Calm Lake) that read: 'If you want to compare West Lake to Xizi, then invite the bright moon to wait until next year.' This made me think: next year when I come to Hangzhou, I'll stay here again. Highly Recommended: Jiexiang Lou's 'sweet and sour spare ribs', 'steamed yellow croaker with scallions', 'soup-soaked pea shoots', plus there's a surprise after dinner at Jiexiang Lou~ Xiaoqing SPA, my mother slept very well after her treatment. Pay attention to the table arrangements and tea table floral arrangements – they are very unique.

The location is superb, and the entire scenic area is well-equipped with amenities. The service attitude is excellent, and the tatami room is very unique. My only suggestion is that I hope they can learn from Four Seasons Hangzhou at West Lake and offer a small privilege for in-house guests to book a table at the Chinese restaurant.

Zixuan's location is fantastic, the public areas are beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the fragrance is lovely. The food at Jiexianglou is excellent, and the receptionist, Manager He, is very friendly and helpful. And the best part was Xiaoqing's spa treatment – ​​her technique was superb! I absolutely loved it.

The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the surrounding environment was also great. Although it was winter, it didn't detract from the beauty of West Lake. Jiexianglou Restaurant was delicious, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very professional – fantastic!

The resort itself isn't large, and the facilities are a bit dated, but the service was impeccable, especially at the three restaurants. Jiexianglou offers great value for money, and Sanyan Pavilion is also delicious. A very good experience.

The hotel is right in the scenic area, which is fantastic. The environment is tranquil, and it's within easy reach of the West Lake Flower Harbor Park. The Xiaoqing SPA is amazing; I fell asleep instantly from the comfort! A must-visit every time...

The restaurants were all quite good, the spa was so-so, but it was about the average standard for places near West Lake. I feel that apart from Aman, other spas aren't worth experiencing. The service and room amenities were excellent, making it a great vacation spot.

This was my second stay, and it was just as wonderful as ever! The staff were attentive, professional, patient, and welcoming! The room was very clean and hygienic, fully equipped, and quiet! This time I stayed longer and tried the food at every restaurant, from Jiexianglou, Manshu, to Sanyan Pavilion. The food at each restaurant was truly beautiful, like a painting. Even I, who usually doesn't like taking pictures, couldn't resist taking some. And it was all incredibly delicious, using only the most precious parts of the ingredients for cooking, resulting in excellent flavor! The afternoon tea at Sanyan Pavilion was also upgraded and delicious! In addition, Xiaoqing SPA was fantastic! Highly recommend staying here!

Checking into Zixuan is like entering a green oxygen bar, lush and verdant! Pavilions and terraces! Small bridges and flowing water! Winding paths leading to secluded spots! The rooms are fully equipped, comfortable, and quiet. All staff are professional, attentive, and enthusiastic. ❤ The breakfast is plentiful and the service is excellent! Enjoy delicious food at Jiexianglou and Sanyange! A perfect and enjoyable trip!

The location is excellent, and contacting the butler via WeChat is very convenient. The amenities are a full set of Aesop products, and the food and service at Jiexianglou are both excellent. Overall, the external facilities are quite good, indicating that the chairman of Tongce Medical put thought into building this resort. However, perhaps due to years of neglect, the water pressure is extremely low. When the water is set to warm, you have to stand very close to the showerhead to get a shower, making the experience very poor. The maintenance staff looked around and confirmed that the water pressure was indeed very low, but claimed it was normal. Their solution was that if it was inconvenient, you could go to Xiaoqing Spa. Before 8:00 AM, the sound of a vacuum cleaner cleaning the room was already making it impossible to sleep.

The hotel is located on the western shore of West Lake, in a superb location, and the rooms are beautifully designed. The in-room fragrance is tasteful, even better than Banyan Tree's, and the toiletries are Aesop. The service was excellent; they helped with the way and luggage, and delivered breakfast to the room (the breakfast was superb, no wonder it's a hotel with three Michelin-starred restaurants). Because we had guests checking out late, they found an empty spa room for me to settle in. The spa therapists at Xiaoqing Spa were also very helpful and had excellent massage skills. Very satisfied!

This is one of the best hotels in the world I've ever stayed in. The staff is wonderful, it's very clean, and the grounds are magical. At the end of March, we saw the persimmon and cherry blossom trees in bloom, incredibly beautiful!

I appreciated the young man who waited for me at the door and helped me with my luggage and check-in. I was also delighted to see him bring me almond milk in the evening. The staff at check-in and check-out made me feel welcome and eager to return. The service was especially good when, during the rain, the lady at Jiexianglou who helped me take orders knew I had poor eyesight at night and kindly held an umbrella for us to walk back to our room – I was very touched. I had stayed at this hotel before, but this time I booked it specifically to celebrate a family member's birthday, and she was very satisfied. Special thanks to the staff at Jiexianglou who communicated with me multiple times via WeChat before my stay to help me book. Because of the staff's friendliness, I will definitely go again.
