先説優點，服務是不錯的，外賣會有人幫忙送到房屋。風景不錯，地理位置優越。
但是缺點真的很明顯，首先就是酒店裝修過老，走廊過道昏暗，廁所燈光混安，浴池上的掛簾看着很破舊。其次就是早餐花樣太少了，略好於漢庭，但不如美居希爾頓歡朋這些四鑽酒店，這不應該是一個老牌五星級酒店的對標吧。廁所裏面小心地滑的標語寫的是carefully slipping，翻譯過來是小心de滑。這種細節應該用點心吧，這個酒店不是衹有母語是中文的人居住吧。最後就是迷你吧並沒有在醒目的位置提醒是收費的。迷你吧的冰櫃上也沒有寫提醒。一罐旺仔牛奶15，一塊普通的德芙巧克力25。現在大部分酒店的迷你吧都是免費提供的，咱們酒店即便收費也請了解一下市場上的行情價格吧，一個五星酒店不靠優質的居住體驗而是靠這種零食飲料的高定價來從顧客身上牟利，吃相真的很難看！

酒店服務很好，我們連住兩天，訂的是價格稍便宜一些的城市景觀房，第一天是週末，客房比較緊張，第二天前台就為我們升級了江景房，富春江景色盡收眼底。早餐品種豐富，週一客人比較少，早餐採取預訂分餐形式，餐廳服務人員耐心細緻和藹周到，不厭其煩地解決客人的需求，不失五星級酒店的風範。上照片對服務員點贊👍

設施老舊，因為酒店餐廳整修，早餐由自助餐變成套餐，入住時沒有提前告知。入住第一頓早餐是自助餐，第二天卻變成了套餐這,內容簡單無法挑選。我們兩位長者行動不便，沒法拒絕，長者也吃不下這樣的粗硬麪條。作為老牌五星級酒店，這樣的服務水準着實不能接受。餐布上的是啥污漬？希望攜程方面能為我們主持公道。

帶孩子出來玩，一線江景，景觀無敵，很開心，一樓有個書吧，5樓的陽台視野很好可以看到整個江景，還要特別點讚的就是早餐，種類很多，中餐西餐都很全。一樓大廳有迎春花和晚櫻裝飾，下次還會再來。

非常滿意的一次旅行，在攜程上預訂非常方便，在酒店住了兩晚，前台服務人員給我們升級了江景房，房間非常乾淨晚上睡覺很安靜，空調暖氣非常足相當舒適，二樓的餐廳很大氣，餐前一杯安頂山龍井，一塊熱毛巾，餐後水果，非常暖心，我們5個人點了8個菜共635元結賬時還給我們打個95折。周邊環境也很好窗前富春江美景和雚山景區
