停車的地方比較多，比較方便。雖然靠着馬路，但不是很吵。蚊子比較多，衞生狀況的有點差，就是更換床單被罩不是很及時，需要催一下。服務態度，有待加強。

價格實惠，性價比比較高，可能有位置決定的，周邊吃飯相對不是很方便，可選擇的並不多，有的需要走個幾百米，房間面積大，總體來説還不錯的

設麼垃圾酒店，前台的人啥垃圾態度，感覺都能把人一口吃了，蚊子還賊多，隔音幾乎沒有，窗户關不嚴，風呼呼的，啥人也能開酒店

這是我住到性價比最高的賓館。在這之前我先住的是餘杭區的瑞萊克斯，平均每晚400元左右，到新灣住了另外一個賓館，那個條件差的不是一般！住了一晚特別不舒服，果斷換到這一家，裏面設施齊全，房間比瑞萊克斯還大！雖説有點年代了，但住着舒服！價錢僅僅比新灣差的那一家多11元！非常值得入住！下次來新灣還要住這家！

以APP上定的不符合，多收費，不建議去，看到那個老頭直接扭頭就走，不要和他**賴賴的，就是因為他在那裡就要多收費。
