一入住，看到精心準備的水果，真的有被暖到。但是一進衞生間，就聞到一股氣味，查來查去，在衞生櫃裏麪發現了陳年垃圾，浴室裏面水垢太大了。酒店隔音效果不好，夜間隔壁孩子們吵鬧，都聽得清清楚楚的。對睡眠淺的人來説，非常不友好。

這家酒店位置挺好，下了高速就到，離地鐵口很近，去杭州的景區玩很方便的，我們分到的這個房型也很好，透過窗户可以直接看到遠處的山。
特別表揚一下前台的工作人員，很耐心為我們安排入住，礦泉水也是免費的，不夠可以打電話給前台要

酒店出門步行10分鐘就有地鐵站，距離西溪濕地公園公園很近衹要一站的行程很是方便出遊，前台服務人員很熱情的回答各種問題都能及時解決，服務態度很滿意，房間比較大，床上用品很乾凈，早餐豐富好吃，是出差出遊的首選下榻酒店。

來杭州研學的，酒店就在研學的旁邊，房間蠻安靜的 ，早餐有我喜歡的麪和燒賣，酒店停車場蠻大的 下次來杭州旅遊可以定在這裏 停車應該不緊張

有幸升級到行政大床房並享受到了尊貴服務，體驗非常好，選擇它值得。酒店位置極佳，臨近西溪濕地公園，高速公路留下出口近在咫尺，出行十分方便。早餐一般，如能提供現磨咖啡則更符合酒店的“國際”範。連接WiFi不是很順暢，可否優化一下。

很失望這次入住 廁所帶着反臭 廁所衞生間鏡子污漬很
多各種設備都是老1日的 晚上睡覺WiFi燈還很亮不是隱蔽式的。積分換了歡迎水果，沒有主動提供 説入住晚了就沒，還説要跟經理協商一下。到了房間要兩瓶
水喝紙杯 等了十分鐘説馬上送到 等了一個小時還沒到
途中打了七八個電話。前台小哥哥這樣回覆：他給保安打電話了保安沒去他也沒辦法？？保安説去了 每次都這樣回覆。我説這個是你們整個酒店的事情他説：
酒店的責任就是酒店的責任嗎，沒有關係的！！全程沒有説一句不好意思！這經過崗前培訓嗎？？如此惡劣的態度 表示失望 充個電還需要挪櫃子 很不方便 服
