Great location, beautiful surroundings, and an amazing breakfast spread with tons of variety. The room was really spacious, perfect for a large group to hang out and chat comfortably.

My stay at this hotel was pretty good. The hotel pays attention to the small details, and the location is excellent. The room was clean, and the service was very welcoming and attentive, especially the person named Tiantian who even helped us get an upgraded room. The service was truly warm and thoughtful!

The breakfast had a great variety of options, and our stay was incredibly comfortable and pleasant. We even lucked out with fantastic weather right before a typhoon hit. Everyone was very happy with our experience.

The two beds in the room were quite large, accommodating my elderly parents and child comfortably. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, guiding us to the free parking. We had a pleasant stay! The breakfast selection was also abundant. The location is excellent, very close to the Science Museum and West Lake, making it ideal for families with children.

The cleanliness was acceptable, but the decor quality and aging facilities were noticeable issues.

The room isn't very spacious, and the decor is pretty standard. The bathtub has great water pressure and works well. It's easy to catch a taxi nearby, though the subway is a bit of a walk. The restaurant on the first floor is currently undergoing renovations, and the temporary restaurant on the second floor is quite cramped.

Not far from the subway station, just across the road from Plaza 66, which is super convenient. The tatami room with a king-size bed was perfect for two friends with two kids. The front desk staff, Pudding, even sent us some fruit and a complimentary kids' breakfast, which was also really good. The set meal with crayfish and two beers was such a great deal!

Junting Hotel has always been my top choice when traveling, and this time in Hangzhou, I chose it again. It's really convenient, close to Hangzhou East Railway Station, surrounded by many shopping malls, and getting to West Lake is a breeze. The staff, especially 'Sweet Donut' (Tian Tian Quan), provided excellent service. This trip was with my whole family, and to accommodate us on the same floor, they upgraded our rooms for free. Plus, booking a king room came with complimentary crayfish and beer, and the twin room included a complimentary meal for two. It was such a great deal! All the other hotel staff were also very polite, and my family was very satisfied with their stay. I'll definitely choose Junting again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

The front desk staff, Xiao Li, had a great service attitude. I arrived quite late, and the room type I booked wasn't available in a quiet area anymore. She helped me switch to a room with a bathtub and even provided bath salts and a facial mask, which was really nice. She also gave me a complimentary breakfast. The only thing is the cleanliness of the sink area could be improved; there was a hair that hadn't been wiped away. Also, the lobby on the first floor is currently under renovation.
