The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff had a great attitude. They even upgraded our room and gave us complimentary drinks and watermelon. Breakfast was served until 12 PM, and in the evening, they offered free cocktails and late-night snacks. It's about a 15-minute walk to West Lake.

The deadbolt in the room broke with just a little force, which felt very unsafe. There's only one elevator, so you have to wait a long time. You can check out the room photos for yourselves. Honestly, don't just give out five-star reviews blindly; I was fooled by them. The price also doesn't match, at 671 RMB per night. The hotel should price according to its actual standard. The price and the hotel's quality are not in line, making you pay a high price without getting the service level you expect. It was not a satisfactory stay.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, definitely five stars! The location on Jiefang Road is perfect for exploring West Lake and all the nearby shops and restaurants. We slept incredibly well, and the smart room controls and high-tech bathroom fixtures were a really cool touch. The front desk staff were super friendly and efficient. Overall, we felt safe and comfortable, and we'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Hangzhou!

Overall, my stay was great. The room was exactly as pictured, very clean, and all the facilities were in good working order. It's within walking distance to West Lake and close to the West Lake business district, so getting around and finding food was super convenient. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also excellent. The staff were all very pleasant. The room layout was well-designed and perfectly met our needs for a travel stay. I'd definitely recommend it.
