It was a great time staying there, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location is also quite convenient, because you can easily get to subway station and then visit all the main sites 😊

Our experience with this hotel was amazing! The room was modern, spatious and always clean. We were provided new toiletry items every single day. The staff was competent, kind and always available. Furthermore, they provide additional services free of charge, such as laundry. The location is also good, since it's very close to a subway station, so you'll get to your favorite spots in Hangzhou in no time. Honestly, everything about this hotel was perfect, I highly recommend it!

The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The rooms were cozy. The place was budget-friendly, easy to find and pretty close to most of the interesting places.

The rooms are clean. There’s small vending machine in the room for things that are not complementary. Which is convenient. The lady at reception was very nice. Their administration could be more efficient though. She had to call in the middle of the night to ask for my personal details and had difficulty clearing my payment.
