Yitel Premium (Hangzhou West Lake Lakeside Pedestrian Street）

The location of this hotel is great. Would suggest to take taxi as driver will show you the exact location. If you were to take metro, the place maybe quite hidden. Near to west lake and shopping area, lots of food places around. Probably the minus point is the lift is to share with other level/tenants of the building. Rooms are only available at level 3 & 7. There’s no windows in room, the windows in their photos are just for show. Only family rooms have windows looking out to the streets. There’s ice maker and water dispenser located at their reception. Washing machine and dryers is located at level 3. Liquid detergent is available for use. Love the service when you can write your room number on a card and place on washing machine. If you’re unable to retrieve your clothes win time, staff will place your clothes in a laundry bag so other users can use the washing machine then hogging it.

The location is perfect!! nearby everything that traveler needs. The hotel’s staffs are also nice and welcoming. But the one thing made our trip wasn’t excellent was the room had smoking smell and the air condition couldn’t adjust the temperature as we wanted. If the hotel fixed these issue, we definitely come back again.
