The hotel location is suberb, walking distace to West Lake and shopoing area. Plenty restaurants around that area. We only spent one night there.

Got a high floor overlooking west lake so that’s great. Staff can come across as being hostile due to language barrier but when approached for advice on getting to places, they’re friendly and helpful about it. Overall stay is pleasant. Daily breakfast at revolving restaurant overlooking west lake. Great to top up for breakfast for the experience.

Very good view of the lake from the room and revolving restaurant. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet included had good spread. Very good location near the malls, shops and west lake.

Super good service with welcome fruits, highly recommend this hotel. Hotel also provided us free breakfast for my kid and the breakfast is awesome, a lot of choice, fresh juice and food is delicious. The room is clean with full of tv programs. We are enjoying our stay in this hotel. Location is very near to xiwu, short walking distance. Other than this, hotel also give us free gift when we checkout. I will definitely stay this hotel again when i come back to hangzhou.

Great and strategic location, nearby Westlake and musical fountain show. Hotel staff are friendly, especially the receptionist, Wen Wen, who provide professional and friendly service. Clean and well maintained hotel. The deluxe room come with 2 double bed is great and well fit for families. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The buffet breakfast was great with a lot of variety food and taste good. Service was attentive and efficient. We were very pleased with our stay. And for sure will stay again in future.

The hotel location is very convenient to metro, West Lake and shopping malls. As we approach the hotel, their doorman helped us with our luggages and led us to the way to reception counter. The hall was filled with a nice scent of floral, and the room was spacious and clean. Love the day bed by the window. They have a revolving restaurant at Level 20 that oversee the West Lake and neighbourhood. Another restaurant at Level 1 served delicious food too. Overall the hotel staff were friendly and the security measures they have put in made me feel safe staying in. Highly recommended.

The location is really close to lots of shopping and food. West lake is also just a stone throw away.
This Premier lake view room with 2 beds is actually bigger than the Elegant room which I booked for my husband and I.
We are in fact most impressed with the breakfast at the top level revolving restaurant. View is amazing as you dine!
1 thing to be prepared for is the super big crowd on weekends.

We had perfect three nights in the Friendship Hotel. Excellent location, great breakfast at top level with full view of West Lake. We got free upgrade to the room has partial lakview.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely stay again!
