It's an old hotel, but the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, it's a very good experience with high value for money. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Excellent location, very close to West Lake Scenic Area! Also very close to Hangzhou Railway Station. The hotel itself is luxurious! The bathroom amenities are branded, and the decor is opulent, refined, and elegant.

This is my second stay at the Marco Polo Hotel Lakeside. It's close to West Lake; you just cross an underpass from Jiebai and you're there. The subway station is also very convenient. The front desk staff were so welcoming and even proactively upgraded me to a deluxe king room. The room also had a water dispenser, and everything was clean. Marco Polo is definitely the top choice when visiting West Lake! It's hassle-free, saves time, and is very close to Intime 77, with plenty of dining options nearby. I'll choose Marco Polo again next time I come to West Lake.

Very nice hotel, Xiao Jin is very helpful and friendly, thank you for taking care all of us. We really like our stay here, bed are very comfy fluffy, like a cloud. Bath tub is actually very nice touch. Locations on point, very convenience going anywhere and getting anything.

Facilities: A bit old, but that's to be expected for a hotel that's been around for years. However, the layout is quite sensible with two bedrooms and three beds, plus two bathrooms, perfect for three friends to share without disturbing each other. Four breakfasts are also included, which is plenty, though the breakfast selection felt a bit average – they could definitely add more options. Cleanliness: Pretty good, cleaning was prompt, and amenities were replenished quickly. Environment: Can't complain about this! It's a three-minute walk to Intime department store and ten minutes to West Lake, making it an ideal choice for a leisurely trip. Service: Very good. They even called me promptly when I left something behind, which I really appreciated.
