It’s very very nice hotel. The room is very clean and staffs are great. The room striking is super great. It just walking one minutes to the city center shopping mall. I would love to stay here again.

The quality of the front desk needs to be improved. As a high-end hotel, the front desk is not very discerning. It is not like a 2-star hotel that is not up to standard. It is more like a bath center. The floor is wooden, the towels are old and linted, and the tile floor is easy to get water after bathing. Slippery, no service concept, unlike hotels in Hangzhou, like a small county hotel, which damages the image of Hangzhou as a big city. The wooden floors have become moldy and black. The office staff are lazy and look like the boss is running away. I strongly don't mind staying. There were many broken lights in the corridor and it was very dark. The room was not soundproofed.
