My son and I left in a hurry before leaving and forgot to bring the laptop charger. The service center delivered it to the room as soon as possible. Although it was a mobile phone charger by mistake, it told us in detail the recent purchase location and phone number of the computer charger. , and took the initiative to contact the seller, and also helped to hail a taxi. We arrived at the hotel early, before 2 pm. After confirming the availability of rooms, the front desk quickly checked in and checked in before 10 am. To our surprise, breakfast was provided free of charge. The waiters in the breakfast department, Pan Yunyan and Meng Jie, enthusiastically and cordially introduced the dishes and helped serve them. They also introduced to their son some topics of interest to him, including members of the Zhejiang Satellite TV program crew who had stayed in the hotel. The son was very satisfied and happy. After breakfast, when I returned to the room, a large fruit basket sent by the waiter Chen Duoduo was already placed on the table, with a warm little card attached. My son and I stayed for 3 nights, and a fruit basket and snacks were delivered to the room every day. Qingqing, Keke, Lingping, and Kangyue at the front desk patiently answered questions, and an unknown male waiter guarding the door helped us open the box that was accidentally locked. We are very touched by these details! Also, the reason my son chose this hotel was because it was too close to the Zhejiang International Film and Television Center, which gave him, as a fan, the opportunity to watch the stars of the show up close. Indeed, at the end of August, Ace vs. Ace 8 was recorded here. Seeing the program members coming in and out, he even did the live broadcast. In short, the hotel hardware and software are very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high!

I am very grateful to the ladies and sisters for their attentive service. The hotel room is very large and clean, highly recommended! We really can't finish eating fruits and snacks and take them away!

過年來訪親戚時看到這個酒店評分不錯，於是來住了三天，家人都非常滿意。 酒店非常完美，居住體驗滿分。首先地理位置優越，就在杭州電視台旁邊，環境宜人優美，有大型的噴泉，鮮花，湖泊，還有給人散步的小道，喜歡運動的人可以游泳，打斯諾克，乒乓球，也可以在酒店內跑步。房間很大，一家三口住很寬敞，衞生間有大浴缸，很乾凈。服務員會提前準備好水果和飲品（酸奶，純牛奶，果汁等等），還有留言。早餐區選擇豐富，服務態度極好，海燕和于軍非常關照自家長者和小孩，每日早上都提供一整盒的小餅乾。嚴均霞知道我們喜歡喝茶，特意準備了許多茶包，十分暖心。 總體來説，此酒店為來杭暫居的不二之選，來自全國各地的朋友們都可以來看看！🥳🫰🏻🫰🏻☺️☺️❤️❤️

房間佈局、設施和清潔都堪比五星酒店。尤其是服務，入住時送了水果花籃，晚間又送了點心和牛奶，還暖心放了一束“🌹”，謝謝酒店的工作人員。每次蕭山出差都選住這家，強烈推薦！

蠻細心服務的一家酒店，服務員熱情有禮貌。 給客人準備小點心，還有便簽寄語。 退房忘記了葯盒，馬上給我免費郵遞回來。 非常值得推薦的酒店。

房間很大，就是小童床旁邊如果有牀頭櫃和充電插頭就好了，送的水果很甜很新鮮。早餐比較豐盛，接待的宋迪小姐姐非常nice，還送了好吃的小餅乾～忘記拍房間了，衹能拍餅乾湊數了😹以及，小餅乾味道針不戳～

看了不少攻略最終選擇的，真的很不錯。乾淨整潔，早餐豐富，服務特別的好。尤其是孔小靜，給房間提供了優質服務。還有早餐廳的服務人員宋迪，瑩瑩，給孩子提供無微不至的照顧。酒店周圍安靜，綠化好，適合散步。孩子也很喜歡酒店的泳池。計劃住兩天的後來又續房了！總之，很推薦。
