There was hair on the bed in the room, the ground was sticky, and I didn't know how long it took to drag it, and there were melon seed husks in front of the bed. After I reacted with the front desk, my attitude was acceptable. I immediately changed my room and gave me fruit in the evening. Just think about it, but the next morning in the corridor was so loud that I was woken up, and I didn’t know who put the garbage at my door. ...just this hygiene, this attitude, I would not recommend it to a friend, will never come again

離杭州東站倒是挺近的，步行十幾分鍾就到了。但是！酒店還有小蟑螂是怎麼回事兒啊！WIFI也連不上，還是用的樓下房間的，説過年期間沒有維修的，人手不夠，確實今年過年旅遊人數激增，但難道酒店過年前不根據訂房數量做好應急預案的嗎？第一晚還有噪音，隔壁配電間傳來的蜂鳴聲，一分鐘一次，半夜吵醒了都沒法再入睡了

酒店位置很好找，東站出來步行九分鐘就能到酒店，前台小王的服務非常不錯，入住辦理的也非常快，酒店的環境也很推薦！很值得入住的一家酒店

朋友推薦，離東站走路5分鐘，非常方便，前台小周還給升級了早餐，房間很大，而且乾淨衞生，蒸汽眼罩，漱口水等等貼心小物件都有，早餐還有一個煎餅機，可以自己做煎餅，離開的時候，前台還貼心的給了一次性雨衣，以後會首選這家酒店。
