The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had tea, water and a kettle.
The breakfast was not great, but the price was reasonable, so it was fine.
My brother tried a Thai massage and he really enjoyed it. The service was great and the staff were very friendly.
We ordered some takeout and a robot delivered it to our door. That was so cool!
Most of the staff don't speak English, so it might be difficult to communicate if you don't speak Chinese.

For an international hotel I expected a little more English at the reception. However I got on with the phone translator.
My room didn’t have windows, which I didn’t notice when booking. The two downsides were that it was harder to wake up in the morning because there was no sunlight, but worse the room was very hot upon arrival (heat set to 28°) and as there was no window and thus no ventilation, it was hard to cool it off.
