除了服務很好，其他真的一般吧，先説地理位置，衹能説適合老年人休閑養老感覺，吃不方便，然後是設施，怎麼説也開了很久的店，有朋友預先讓我避雷，但是我撞了一次南牆，房間最基本的電視沒有，連基本的投屏幕布也沒有，網絡再最上面的房間完全搜不到，全程2天用的自己的流量，然後房間有蟲，打掃的不算乾淨，還有蜘蛛網。晚餐定
了雙人燒烤～這個更是個雷，連工作人員都清楚説了很多客户覺得套餐東西太多，性價比不高，但是那麼多客户提出也沒有説改善一下，可以量少價格下來點，最後都沒吃⁽沒有拆封的還給了工作人員，就圖片吃了這點價格是288⁾，最後是第二天的早飯，2個娃都是13歲的青少年，小童餐肯定不適合，一般家裡至少一碗大餛飩都是15個的，2個人要了大概4碗小餛飩⁽也就是加起來最多20個，2個人20個還是小餛飩，大人的還沒吃，都給他小的⁾最後被工作人員告知沒有這樣子吃的，我們是配餐的，被直接拒絕了，雞蛋沒有一個可以剝的，兩個娃一個都沒吃飽，按理説這麼多住宿體驗，早飯應該是暢吃的，充足備貨才是酒店應該提供的基礎，結果還是靠自帶零食才吃飽的，為什麼吃完早飯就走了也是感覺一般，更加不會推薦給其他朋友，真的是要避雷的，自己撞過南牆了到底還是權威的。

店長很好，前台小姐姐很好，高個子男孩子也很好。有感覺很用心，很熱情❤️，位置偏一點，但是自駕無所謂。有孔雀溜達，有小鴨子溜達，有小孩子的手工活動，挺好的

我們是帶狗狗出行，所以寵物友好是第一訴求～這點我們很滿意，第二天早晨營地沒什麼人，我們還放開小狗們自由奔跑了一會。營地的設施和衞生可能需要多加維護，畢竟山裡比較潮濕。最要誇誇的就是服務，我們到的時候晚上八點半多了，到的時候店長就幫忙把房間空調打好了。然後帶了紅酒沒有帶開瓶器，店長把我們紅酒開好了以後還帶了一桶冰和三個酒杯送回房間！謝謝～～

五一臨時訂票想去山裡玩，一方面想要休閑躺，一方面想帶娃感受下露營，整體來看，環境很好，拍照很出片，設施和服務不能和四五星酒店比，e人主動爭取的情況下，基本能滿足訴求；i人感受估計會比較一般；
1.窯烤披薩：這個環節小朋友們熱情高漲，燒火的大叔人非常好，擦桌子、幫小朋友烤🍕、拿烤盤、配合拍照，大叔無意中説出“有求必應”，可以看出大叔非常有服務意識；ps：這位大叔是這個谷中唯一一個服務意識非常好的人；分發麪團的阿姨相比之下就差了點意思，不願意跑腿，會抱怨大家多用芝士。
2.木屋設施：勝在環境和外觀，物品衹能説基本夠用，床還算舒適、牙膏牙刷也提供了；行李不大有地方放、吸蚊燈是壞的、插頭沒有usb接口更沒有蘋果TPC插口、晚上下雨床頭的兩個插頭還沒電、洗手間沒有防滑墊、沒有睡衣。
3、整體服務：這裏的服務就是“按部就班”，如果不是杭州，可能也還好，杭州是一個連政府都提供“最多跑一次的地方”，而這裏可能在你主動要求、能忍受服務人員臉色的情況下，一些訴求才能被滿足：比如，需要再拿兩瓶水、比如需要雨傘、比如需要計劃外的餐食等等。篝火晚會19:30開始，發煙花的大叔也不錯，但是篝火就一捆柴，燒完就結束了。有KTV、沒有電影。

民宿建在山谷裏，房間就在綠色的山坡兩旁，環境非常好，第一次住三角屋的娃們都很開心，酒店自己養了很愛開屏的孔雀🦚山谷裏的自助燒烤氛圍感滿滿，還有KTV和露天電影。不過這1670元一晚的價格也是辣手的，洗漱用品要是能稍微好點就更好了。

房間很大，但是夏天有蟲子，床單有血漬。膈音差了點。早上想早睡會會被路上的行人吵醒😓裏面的工作人員都很友好。還把拔到的竹筍送給我們。總體還不錯，環境很好。
