I have never stayed in a worse star-rated hotel than this one. It is a franchised hotel, not directly operated by Kaiyuan. The air conditioner was broken all night and even after changing rooms, it didn't work. I was told that the occupancy rate was not high and one of the bellows was not open. It won’t be like this all season! It would be a huge mistake not to choose a big-name hotel nearby. The hotel service is very bad. For a reservation that included two breakfasts, the receptionist at the breakfast room in the morning did not say anything about it and did not provide a solution. I asked the front desk before they let me in. We agreed to check out at fifteen and called at fourteen. The following "Executive Lounge" and "Air Purifier" are not available. The above are the main issues, and I can’t complain about the others. It’s extremely bad in every aspect, and it’s impossible to stay here again (the Japanese food on the ps4 floor is quite good, but it has nothing to do with the hotel)

I checked in on February 27th. Because the hotel has a swimming pool, I brought a swimsuit and a swimming cap. After dinner, I swam at about 7:30 and it ended in about half an hour. Question: Where is the bath towel? Answer: No! Then I went to the reception desk wearing swimming trunks. The young waitress said that bath towels are limited here. The young waiter Nan said, how do I know you need bath towels? Call the hotel service center and ask for a bath towel. Then I went to take a shower, and then, there were no bath towels. The cleaning brother said that I could only use a hair dryer to dry it. Then it was the first time in my life that I used a hair dryer to dry it after taking a shower! Then I went to the lobby. The young assistant lobby manager was also surprised and went to understand the situation immediately. Then, nothing happened after that. This made me immediately understand that in many of our public tests, no matter how many stars there are, there is no toilet paper, either it is limited, or the test does not know that you need toilet paper. The principle is the same, and I feel peaceful.

The location of the hotel is convenient. I checked in very late. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff quickly arranged a room for me to rest. The room was small in size but fairly tidy. There were not many choices for the hotel's breakfast, but the taste was okay.

Facilities: I invited my client to come for the annual meeting and booked a room for him. There is no air conditioning in this room. It is cold air conditioning. There is no hot water, only lukewarm water. How could such a room be discharged? The customer was embarrassed to say that he only told me when he had a cold! I don't know what happened to this hotel.
