The front desk service was very good, and the room was upgraded. We booked two rooms, and the other room can be on the same floor as the parent-child room. The details of the little yellow duck parent-child room are very careful. There are all baby toiletries, step stools, baby yellow duck bathrobes, cushions in the corner of the table, tents and toys. They are good, baby likes them.

Sanitation is very good

住過許多城市的亞朵，這家店也不知道是什麼情況，幾乎沒有大堂可言，很簡陋的一個前台。我們住的雙人床加單人床的家庭房，比我住過任何亞朵同等規格的都要小，居然連冰箱也沒有。最可怕的是窗户正對梅奔4S店的停車場，半夜3點被裝卸車咣噹一聲驚醒心臟突突的，吵的一夜沒睡好。當時下午提出過能否換房，被前台一名男服務員生硬的回絕，説沒有空房可換。交涉結果是連個耳塞也沒提供，便不了了之。被子蓋的身上很癢，不知是被什麼蟲咬，第二天就起了包，感覺不像是蚊子。唯一可圈可點，次日退房時遇到的小虞，工作能力強，服務很好。

酒店的房間還是比較大的，也有洗衣房，兩台洗衣機兩台烘乾機，白天阿姨沒下班的時候可以放進洗衣機後就外出，阿姨會幫忙烘乾然後放到旁邊的衣服籃子裏。酒店對面的西溪家宴非常好吃。

感覺亞朵很不錯，特別床品睡的特別舒服。還有服務是一絕，真的很人性化很貼心。入住有温的蜂蜜水，還有抽獎，免費給我們升級了房間，贊👍然後因為希望延遲退房的要求也給到了滿足，真的很給力了。

位置很好價格也很合理、就在西溪谷裏旁邊很近！早餐是屬地早餐有特色、片兒川很贊 l酒店乾淨整潔、最重要的是床太舒服了！躺上入睡後柔軟細膩光滑的被子重量正合適！服務態度也很好熱情，碰到都會打招呼

非常不滿意，第一次洗臉盆下水孔堵住了，叫前台維修師傅進來維修才疏通，第二次一大早6點，隔壁房間叫的外賣，送到我房間，一大早電話門鈴響聲吵的睡不着，這酒店問前台怎麼出這種問題，影響客人休息，最基本服務都做不到，前台説找他們經理來處理後續，連個道歉都沒有，更要命的是，後續經理和前台沒有一個人出來哪怕是解釋下原因，直到退房都沒有任何道歉的動作，就像沒發生一樣，不了了之，差評差評差評，體驗最差的400檔次房費的酒店，服務太差，沒有下次！
