Hygiene: There is a musty smell, the carpet is black, the quilt and pillows are damp Environment: Very noisy, poor sound insulation, you can hear people talking outside Service: The service attitude at the front desk is super bad! Invincible difference! One level difference! Extremely bad! I want to complain! A bottle of water costs a lot of money to drink. Shampoo and shower gel are all canned by yourself and are not disposable. The toothbrush states that it is only provided once and costs money to use. Even the hair dryer is hidden in the cabinet. It takes half a day to find it. The last and most important thing is, no invoicing, no invoicing.

Very good hotel. The room is huge. Everything is clear. But there are some disadvantages. The air conditioner does not work in the room, and the only way they can help us solve this problem is to tell us to open the windows. You can undoubtedly move to another room or repair the air conditioner. However, it is very hot outside (about 30 degrees). I was also surprised that I paid -20 yuan for the slippers in the room. The breakfast is rich in variety, good taste, and convenient to travel. There are bus stops and subway stations nearby. The standard rooms facing the street are a bit noisy at night. The next day they asked to change the room. The staff on duty at the front desk said that the standard rooms are all facing the street. I wonder if it's true? Front desk staff's service attitude needs to be improved

It is also a wonderful work, check out at 12 noon, overtime will be calculated by the hour. Now even self-employed hotels can check out at 2 o'clock, and Atour, which is done by the hotel industry, can even check out until 18:00 without charge!

這是我第三次來杭州了，前兩次都是出差，公司定的酒店，這次是自己在攜程上關注到這家酒店。這是一家非常有特色的酒店，房間很寬敞，裝飾得很精緻，服務很用心，房型也很舒服，很喜歡，床鋪柔軟舒適，很安逸，隔音效果不錯，贊哦，下次還會再來！

第一次來杭州，在攜程選擇了這個酒店，酒店非常好，乾淨衞生，通風，尤其前台服務非常貼心。早餐也很好。周邊吃的比較多，武陵廣場就離不遠，非常滿意，衞生乾淨，一塵不染，房間住着很安心，早餐也很nice，入住首選，下次來杭州必定選擇！

房間很大，沒有異味，裝修很復古，樓道里香香的，很好聞，電梯上樓要刷卡，還是挺安全的，一樓有星巴克，肯德基，還有一家地鍋雞，隔壁的灌湯包很好吃。距離西湖，武林，湖濱都不遠，去西湖邊玩很方便，晚上還可以去湖濱銀泰和武林夜市逛一逛再回來，停車也很方便，這個地段這個價格，性價比太高了！非常推薦

和平飯店，非常適合我對於出差的需求，簡約商務風，從進門就能感受到賓至如歸的感受，大堂裝飾非常典雅，香薰真的大讚，入住手續也非常快，酒店非常安全，私密性好，房間就更不用説，非常舒服，窗户也大，而且房間還有會議室，可以滿足出差所有的需求，附近有星巴克肯德基，吃喝玩樂一應俱全，離西湖和武林廣場還有夜市都非常近，種草了。
