The hotel is a bit far from the Hangzhou East station where there are many trips going to other cities. There are no CVS next door. Staff are nice especially Caroline and Nicole who helped me alot during my stay there. I went alone and didnt speak Chinese at all. Room is comfy, big bathtub, good shower and soap. Draps and blanket of the bed made my skin irritated a bit.

Beautiful hotel with clean and spacious room. Swimming pool and sauna are nice and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choice.
Tried to book again in June 2022 but was informed it is now a quarantine hotel and not taking bookings even though it is still listed on Trip.

The hotel lobby is very spacious and looks majestic. The service in a star-rated hotel is really good. The hotel has robots, swimming pools, gyms, and buffets. It's all good for the price. Fang Ping at the front desk even helped upgrade it when I checked in. Room type, really nice

The hotel is very convenient for traveling. There is a supermarket and the subway next to it. The breakfast is complete and quite good. Yuanyuan at the front desk has a good service attitude and the room is relatively comfortable.

The sanitary condition is poor, the bathroom washbasin is clogged, the toilet is stained, and the swimming pool is worrisome. The breakfast is good and there are special snacks. However, the floor of the restaurant is particularly sticky with shoes. I paid half-price ticket with my children.
