The room looks very refreshing, clean and tidy. The hotel service attitude is also great. The surrounding scenery is beautiful at night. It is also very close to the subway station. I will come again if I have the opportunity.

去看演唱會定的房間，到了發現這個酒店跟維也納酒店同一幢，同前台同酒店甚至東西都是混用，這真的讓我很避雷啊！姐妹們慎重！衞生勉強勉強還行，掀開被子有頭髮，水池也有，馬桶有黑色痕跡，個人不喜歡這種混着一起的酒店。避雷

第一次入住這家酒店，非常滿意服務質量和設施設備，房間很大，出行很方便旁邊500米就是地鐵站，周邊是個市場可以説吃住行玩購物一次性搞定，早餐也不錯，酒店位置很好找，下次來還會選擇入住。

七月12號晚上入住的該酒店房間設施什麼都挺好，剛入住時心情不錯。到凌晨身上就開始癢，開始是手臂上長抓醒後塗了自己帶的葯膏然後又入睡了，早上醒來發現腿上也長了，吃完早飯後回酒店就想着先給前台反應一下，前台的態度開始特別好，心情平復了很多，她們拍了照也詢問了一下我們的訴求，我們提出想要免掉一個晚上的房費299元她們説要問經理，之後客房經理上來端了個果盤來調節説是打個八折然後買塗抹葯膏酒店報銷，這個處理結果我們不滿意後來酒店説是蚊子叮的，我尋思腳上這麼多紅點得是到熱帶雨林才能被叮成這樣吧，後面經理也沒怎麼講話就拉着個臉大概説是他們也是做生意的要是每個客人都要求免房費這沒法搞，我想顧客腿上有這麼明顯的叮咬就算要賠償也不為過，後來沒談成經理就對旁邊一起上來的女服務生説：走走走，經理就直徑離開女服務生算是禮貌説了句：不好意思打擾了。過了一段時間又上來還是那個説辭，我們説是在你家酒店產生的這個情況你們不給出滿意解決方案一直固守你們所謂的“賠償”，後面經理來了句：我們怎麼知道是不是昨天晚上入住前你身上就有了？這句話直接點着我們了，我想誰會吃飽了沒事幹把自己腿搞成這樣住一晚來訛你們？在酒店腿上被叮咬然後又懷疑顧客故意訛詐這口氣怎麼也咽不下去，後面到大堂讓他們聯繫領導，她們説領導不是我們想找就能找的，我們説這事情你們處理不了那沒辦法衹能找領導處理，但他們就一直拖就乾耗着，我看無果就先走了。
