首先我是16號上午去辦理入住，在得知我一夜沒睡想去房間裏換衣服的時候幫我免費升級了一個房型，這一點還是做得很好的；
其次我入住進一樓的房間之後發現房間真的很潮濕都發黴了 我想睡一會兒但是一樓吵得不行，於是跟前台溝通想要等有空房間的時候在辦理入住，前台以要付款給收拾房間阿姨20元的更換床單的費用，我當時很累不想跟他們爭辯就付了，但是我不理解更換床單不是你們應該做的嗎？
最後房間隔音差的要死，衞生間的毛巾上還有頭髮，插頭很鬆還需要用東西提一下才行，總之圖片跟宣傳的圖片很不一樣，糟糕的體驗！！

房間雖然不大，説是無窗房，其實是有窗户的。窗外是為了遮擋私隱的磨砂玻璃板，所以非常可靠。所有杯子都套着塑料袋，所以衞生也可以放心。房內Wi-Fi不太好連接，安卓機連接穩定，蘋果機就經常掉線，需要重新連接。店家每天都會來打掃房間衞生，很勤快。賓館出門就是地鐵定安路站，距離南宋御街、河坊街、鳳凰寺、胡雪巖故居、德壽宮遺址、杭州博物館等景區都非常方便。周邊餐飲以清真口味居多。很推薦這裏。
