The room's cleanliness was acceptable. It had a washing machine but no dryer, so clothes took a while to dry when hung in the room. The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to the bus terminal, high-speed rail station, metro station, and MixC shopping mall, all within walking distance.

The room is very close to Hangzhou East Railway Station, within walking distance. The host is super nice, the service is great, and they're very thoughtful and considerate of guests. The room is clean and cozy, very comfortable for one person. The bedding is also good, and the projector is a big plus!

The room was spotless, and the service was warm and attentive. The hotel faces MixC directly, and it's not far from Hangzhou East Railway Station, making the transportation very convenient. It's a great choice whether you're traveling or just relaxing.

The apartment is in a great location, right across from Hangzhou East Railway Station. Downstairs, you'll find the MixC shopping mall, which is super convenient for dining, drinks, and shopping! The customer service agent was also very enthusiastic! It's only a couple hundred meters from Metro Line 1 - East Square Station, Exit J, just a 2-minute walk to the apartment. Remember to contact customer service after booking to get the room number and door code in advance. Highly recommend!

The city center has lots of good food and is perfect for walking around and getting to other places. Most importantly, the owner is incredibly kind, and communicating via WeChat was super convenient. Highly recommend! My stay was fantastic, definitely a five-star review. It's super close to Hangzhou East Station, so getting to catch your train is stress-free. Downstairs, there's Vientiane City (MixC Mall), and a Hema Fresh on the basement level, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Plus, the loft apartment is spacious with huge floor-to-ceiling windows that provide excellent natural light. Outside, there's a very clear river, offering a wonderful river view. The entire place was clean and tidy, and all the essential amenities were provided. The environment is quiet and peaceful, making for a truly relaxing and comfortable stay. I'll definitely be back.

I stayed at the Hangzhou East Railway Station Juncheng LOFT Apartment last night and seriously have to give it five stars! The room was incredibly tidy, and the bedding was soft and spotless. They even provided disposable toilet seat covers and shower caps – they really get what guests need. The lighting in the two-story loft was just right, not harsh at all, making it feel very cozy. It's super close to the East Station, just a short walk away, but the room's soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet night. It was more comfortable than a five-star hotel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm catching a high-speed train!

Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this one truly impressed me with its attention to detail! I made a mistake with the delivery address for my takeout, and the delivery guy was reluctant to bring it. But the hotel butler actually went and picked it up for me. The room was spotlessly clean, and they even provided disposable toilet seat covers, shower caps, and earplugs by the bed. The shower pressure was amazing and heated up instantly. They also gave us a complimentary late check-out. I truly felt taken care of, and I'll definitely be back! 🌟🌟
