Hangzhou Jihu Yado Hotel (West Lake Lake in77)

The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and provided excellent service, always ready to help solve any issues. The hotel room was also great, and the bedding was very clean. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to the subway. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room was clean and tidy, and it's super close to West Lake, just a 5-minute walk. Shopping and dining nearby are incredibly convenient.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness wasn't great. There was a used cotton swab on the bathroom floor and a double eyelid sticker on the faucet. After I informed the front desk, I found another double eyelid sticker on the sink. The dust was also quite visible under the lights.

This place is really good! I booked a special offer room, so the price was great. The smart controls are a nice touch, and I appreciate the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, plus the huge TV. But the best part is the location – it's right across the street from West Lake and super convenient with the metro station right next door. Highly recommend!

The room has been newly renovated, but the smell is overwhelming and makes it hard to breathe. I'd suggest to the hotel that they use eco-friendly materials for renovations. Also, the air conditioning units are right outside my room, a whole row of them, making it impossible to sleep. That's a definite negative.

The location is excellent, right outside is Hubin Intime 77 and Intime CC, making shopping very convenient. It's also close to West Lake and offers great value for money.
