No slippers for guests. Cause extreme discomfort to guests especially when going to the toilet. White slippers got wet after showering.
Hotel must be attentive to guest's needs and discomfort due to the cold weather. Otherwise everything is ok since it's near west lake and other attractions

Fantastic location and beautiful decor. The staff was helpful. I had booked a small room, and when I got there, the Hotel let me upgrade to a bigger room with a private bathroom and living room. The train station is less than a 10-minute walk. West Lake is shopping the same.

Mixed feelings… the room is quite good reserved from the old mansion. However the isolation is not good. Very cold at night even turn on the heater. The kitchen service is so so, we wanted to stay a bit in the restaurant after 9h30 just to finish our food. But the male staff came and asked us to leave. Why should he be that unthoughtful? The old couple came a bit late to ask if there is any coffee / tra, he just answered no. Even the coffee machine still can be functional. In short, good stay but need to train staff to be more considerable and the room needs to improve the isolation system

Only 1 lift in the hotel. Some room are location very far away from the lift. Old facilities inside the room. Poor maintenance. Room make up upon request with the front desk, but they only clean the room bedsheets did not change.. front desk is nice and very helpful. A big group stay during my check in time, breakfast finished but some did not refill. Breakfast time is from 730 until 930, i reached at 8am most of the food is finished, refill later but only a part of it.
