Totally intolerable incident! It makes people speechless! I booked a room, but at 17:48 I received a call asking if I would check in. I clearly answered "I want to stay and arrive later."
However, when I checked in at 21:29, the front desk informed me that my room had been temporarily rented to someone else and asked me to wait for half an hour! I had to put up with this unreasonable arrangement, saying I could wait, and then I had to walk out and wait. It wasn't until 23:11 that I received another call and was told that I could check in.
