Nostalgia S Hotel(Hangzhou Hefang Old Street）

This hotel is truly amazing! Thank you so much for the thoughtful decorations and birthday cake. It really made me feel special and appreciated. I was genuinely touched and incredibly happy. Thank you for putting so much effort into preparing everything! Although no one replied to my messages on Trip.com 🤣, which left me wondering whether the arrangements had been made, all my doubts disappeared the moment I checked in and saw the surprise waiting for me. It was such a wonderful moment! The location is excellent as well. Hefang Street is only about an 8–10 minute walk away, and there is even an underground passage with escalators, making it very convenient. Deshou Palace is also about a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the night tour there is definitely worth visiting. The hotel is incredibly well-equipped. It feels like Doraemon’s magic pocket — everything you might need is available! Even the toiletries, such as the toothbrushes, are of very good quality. I especially love the wooden interior design, which creates a warm, elegant, and comfortable atmosphere. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to add one or two more staff members at the front desk. Every time I passed by, the front desk team looked extremely busy and overwhelmed. They were working so hard that it felt like they were handling the workload of several people at once. Their dedication and effort are truly appreciated. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay such a memorable experience!

Extremely satisfied! The service was fantastic, very warm and attentive. I really enjoyed the coffee and plum juice. The location is great, very close to the pedestrian street, making it easy to find places to eat. They also have a washing machine and dryer, which is a huge plus. The room itself is highly intelligent, and I absolutely loved the decor.

Clean and hygienic, with new facilities and excellent service. Every time we left, the staff greeted us warmly and even offered complimentary snacks and bottled water. The hotel is very close to Hefang Street and Shiwu Kuixiang, making it super convenient for sampling Hangzhou's local delicacies.

The hotel is located around the corner, close to Hefang Street, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing. It's also not far from the metro station. For breakfast, there weren't many meat dishes, but the freshly made wontons and noodles were quite satisfying. The freshly made waffles were excellent. The screen casting worked well, and when I had a minor hygiene issue in the room and requested alcohol wipes, they were brought up immediately. The robot delivery service could be a bit faster, haha. However, there was an issue on the day of my check-in. I had pre-selected early check-in on Trip.com and specifically noted that I didn't want a room at either end of the hallway. I should have been able to check in at 10 AM, but when I arrived at 2 PM, they gave me a room at the very end. Only after I pointed out my request and reservation notes did they say they were busy that day and asked me to wait for a room to be cleaned. After waiting about ten minutes, I went up to find the room was clearly being cleaned right then. There was an odor and oil stains on the table, but when I spoke to the cleaning lady, she promptly resolved it for me. A big thank you to the cleaning lady that day!

After a long search, I picked this hotel and was quite pleased upon arrival. Both the reception and the hotel itself impressed me with their thoughtful attention to detail. I ended up extending my stay for two more nights. It's very convenient for getting around, not far from any attractions, and several can even be reached on foot.

Traveling with friends this time, we stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the environment was quiet, and the facilities were excellent. The staff were warm and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. Everyone was very satisfied, and we'll definitely come back for our next trip.

I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip and booked a stay, just wanting to give it a try. Although the room wasn't huge, it was well-designed and fully equipped. What really stood out was the amazing service from the hotel staff; they were super helpful and always resolved any issues promptly. What touched me even more was that I accidentally left my glasses behind during a rushed check-out. After contacting them, they immediately agreed to mail them back to me, free of charge. That really warmed my heart! I hope to stay here again if I get the chance to visit Hangzhou.
