房子在靈隱附近，吃飯停車都很方便。看圖片以為會壓頂但其實並不會，房間雖然裝修簡單但是住住還行，也沒有噪音。提個小小建議，空調聲音稍微響了點，但是我們也沒用，因為稍微開一會就熱死了，後來根本不用空調也很暖和。停車方便，而且管家幫忙解決停車問題啥的，非常nice。
