Hangzhou West Lake Wulin Square Huancheng North Road Light Residence Hotel

As a branch of Atour's Light series, this 'mini' version is more budget-friendly, making it suitable for families or business travelers. This particular location on Huancheng North Road boasts a relatively good external location, about a 12-15 minute walk from Wulin Square subway station, with large shopping malls nearby for shopping, leisure, and entertainment. The internal layout is also quite well-designed: the first floor features a self-service bar, reception desk, restaurant, and laundry room, while guest rooms are located on floors 2-7. Furthermore, the staff are quite warm and attentive, and requests are quickly addressed. The only minor drawback is that the sign on the roadside guard post isn't clear or prominent enough, which might make it difficult for first-time guests to find the hotel entrance.

Extremely satisfied! The bedding was super comfortable and incredibly clean. I'm a bit of a germaphobe, and usually, hotel beds don't feel right, but this one was surprisingly good – I slept soundly and comfortably. I truly hope they maintain this standard! The front desk staff had an excellent attitude. They offer laundry service and were very accommodating. Aside from the hotel being a bit small, I highly recommend it. No wonder it has a 4.9 rating!

There's Hangzhou Tower and Intime Department Store nearby, and West Lake Cultural Plaza is a nice spot for an evening stroll. The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, had excellent service attitudes. When checking in, they even asked if I preferred cool or warm air conditioning, which was a thoughtful touch!
