Great location in the city center with free parking. The breakfast and the congee served at night were delicious. The service was excellent; the lady at the front desk helped me print some documents. Also, I left my ring on the nightstand, and the housekeeping staff didn't touch it the next day, which I really appreciate!

The only minor downsides with this Atour branch are the slightly smaller and a bit older rooms, but everything else is great. The staff even mentioned during check-in that hotels closer to West Lake tend to be a bit older and smaller, which was good to know.
