The place is nice and close to the subway which is good but I need to travel a bit to get food Hah Hah Hah Hah.

The room is big but the cleaness of the room is not good we find many hair in bathroom area under bassin behind the door and they don t come to do the cleaness during 24h normally they need to clean room everyday but they change only towels no clean floor & bed .

It is indeed very convenient, as it's very close to People's square subway station. It is well located close to the Hangzhou Xiaoshan district administrative service center which I needed to visit. The room was good, tidy and comfortable. The staff service was quick and efficient. I was satisfied.

We arrived quite late, and the lady at the front desk was not impatient at all. Instead, she was very enthusiastic to help us book a room and check in. I like this Northeastern lady very much!
