The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, with complete and comfortable facilities. The rooms are tidy and clean. The front desk Xiao Wang provides professional service!
Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou West Lake East
9.4/56388 Reviews
Hangzhou Railway Station Area
The hotel location is just perfect, just a few steps from the MRT and Hangzhou Train Station. The MRT Line 1 is so convenient and links directly to Hangzhou East Train Station, which is also another major station. We just took the MRT everywhere and just 2 stops from Xiwu Lake. The rooms are very clean and just about right for the family. We booked a double room but the beds are relatively wider so my 2 daughters can share one. Around the hotel are many shops, and if you walk a bit further, there are many more local businesses. Walked around the area on a Sunday morning and you can feel the local vibes already. Overall we are all very happy with the stay, and lastly but not least, the young good looking hotel attendant was very helpful and he always has a cheerful smile. We highly recommend anyone who are coming to Hangzhou for the first time to stay here.
Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Binjiang
9.4/51132 Reviews
Binjiang Area
This hotel stay was very pleasant. First of all, I was most satisfied with the service attitude of the front desk staff, especially Miss Ouyang. When I told her my room preference, she was very considerate and helped me choose a room that met my conditions, which made my entire stay very happy. In addition, the hotel's breakfast was also very good, and the ingredients were very fresh. I will consider staying next time. Facilities: Good
Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Xixi Lingyin
9.2/51448 Reviews
Xixi Wetland Park
We had a great stay at this hotel! It has a great location near a walking street and some other famous places. It was a nice and quiet night that made it relaxing to sleep. The staff were friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was average and it was okay to try it the first time but the second day, we ate outside. Note: It’s actually cheaper to buy the breakfast in person than on the Trip.com app. At first, I decided not to pay online and then found out the price when we arrived wasn’t much. 😊
Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou East Station
9.7/55196 Reviews
East Railway Station Area
Room is big. The downside is when we stayed there for a night, the central air conditioning system was spoilt and it wasn’t communicated to the guests till we went to the reception to enquire. The staff were apologetic and sent a fan to the room. That was the first time I stayed in a hotel room with a fan. Opening the windows didn’t help as it was still stuffy.
Holiday Inn Express Hangzhou Airport
9.3/51235 Reviews
Hangzhou International Airport and Surrounding Area
Very like the room and the hotel in general. It’s very close to the airport, very convenient for short layovers when you want to take a breath and shower. Was a shuttle service back and forth it’s definitely five stars. The only thing I consider is lunch and food outside. It’s not very much to choose from, especially outside. Definitely highly recommended.
