The room facilities are good, but the room is not very soundproof. At 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, you can still hear the corridor and the chattering next door. There was another outrageous thing. At around 2 a.m. in the middle of the night, a robot called my room phone to wake me up and said that my takeout had arrived. I didn't order any takeout at all. After calling twice, I called the front desk and told them not to call again because I didn't order any takeout. Then a while later the robot called again to say that the takeout had arrived. I was speechless in the middle of the night. I have never seen such an outrageous thing where they would call again after saying it, because I couldn't fall asleep for a long time after being woken up.

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose this hotel for its location.my late check-in and 2N stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Love this hotel!! The service staff at the breakfast restaurant were impeccable and so friendly. Made us feel like friends! Breakfast variety was extensive enough. Only thing no good was coffee and the in room coffee (Italian drip coffee) was no good too. Rooms were clean and spacious. They have self service laundry room. Gym was very basic, treadmill not working. River view makes the stay even more unforgettable. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel.

We are a family of four. We stayed three nights at the Hotel. We liked it a lot, although the heater didn't work so well so it was a little chilly when we woke up in the morning. I want to commend Lulu for her excellent service. I had requested for the two rooms we booed to be near each other. She took her initiative to give us connecting rooms.
