I'd booked an accessible twin room, and when I checked in, the front desk staff, Xiao Zhou, thoughtfully asked if I might have booked the wrong room type and explained the differences. In the end, they even upgraded our room for free, which was super nice. The room was also very spacious. I was extremely satisfied with my stay! 👍
