In town for a concert with Moms and Sons. Rooms were clean and neat. The hotel staff was helpful, the hotel is beautiful and clean and we loved staying there.

The staff with one exception, kenye, was grumpy and acted like you were annoying them. The elevator had a sticky floor the entire 3 day stay I was there. My bathroom doors had sticky hand prints on them. Making you wonder what else wasn’t clean. The restaurant staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was good. I tried this place twice. This is my last stay.

Nice property, quiet (at least during Thanksgiving holiday) very accessible. Friendly, helpful staff. Great snack/drink options. Room floors were sticky.

Just booked a 1-night getaway with the wife. The rooms had a great view of the marina and the bar downstairs was great. We definitely enjoyed our time away.

Stayed here for homecoming weekend. The hotel lobby and bar was fine, pretty basic but acceptable. The room on the 9th floor had a very high ceiling (making the room feel much bigger) and fabulous view of the marina. The negatives: our bathroom had numerous hairs on the ground, the vents in the room and bathroom were filthy, the ironing board was broken, our built in shower gel dispenser was empty, and the duvet on our bed was absolutely disgusting from years of stains. The duvet was the kicker, when I held it up to the light I could not believe they would even put this on the bed. This is unacceptable for any hotel let alone a Hilton.
