La Playa Hotel Club

The hotel looks very nice from the outside but bad atmosphere inside, no one will go there. The behavior of every employee is very bad and the manager is even worse. I will tell everyone to leave this hotel, no one will go to them, they are frauds. Many things in the room were damaged but they later claimed I had damaged them and demanded money. I am very disappointed

I saw the online advertisement of their very nice hotel and everything was very nice but after going I had a different experience. The room was full of cockroaches. The washroom flush is broken. AC remote was not working even after repeated calls they did not respond. Talked to the manager again and again but didn't get any solution everything was accepted nicely but a different experience when leaving they fined me a lot of money they say everything was fine but I ruined my wife and me. I have given a lot of money for no reason, but no one else like me will fall into this fraud trap.

After going to the cafeteria, I saw everyone eating very comfortably and that's when I felt like I should eat. After placing the order, I waited for a long time. After the food arrived, I saw that there was an insect in my food. I am very disappointed with their use. I came with money, I could not eat food, on the contrary, I was humiliated. Very bad very bad their behaviour and their environment no one will go.

A different experience after going to their hotel it came just as I entered the room and said sir give me the person I will take but another incident after coming up he sat down demanding money. Then he did not pay the money and behaved rudely with me. My wife was very shocked. How did we get to the hotel? I did not get any help even telling the manager.

I liked the decoration outside but when I went inside I was disappointed to see the condition of the room. There is dirt under the bed and various items in the washroom. I called again and again but there was no way until finally I couldn't leave the hotel anymore. Please do not look at the advertisement and decoration of this hotel.

WORST experience of my life. first off when i arrived at the hotel at the time i was supposed to check in, my hotel room wasn't even ready i had to wait in the lobby for a good 2 hours until they finally got someone to clean the room. i was then accused of smoking, and got charged for vomit? WHEN THERE WAS NO VOMIT! sh*ittiest customer service and very unprofessional, I will never step foot into that building again it was by far the worst! it was also filthy there was water coming out of the pipes from the ceiling and the entire bathroom over flowed. The tap water is salty , so put in mind you will take a shower with salty water

Crazy to me this hotel has any good reviews. It’s ancient, SO SO dirty and has mold. One of the people I was travelling with has a mold allergy and had a bad migraine while we were inside and it went away as soon as we left. My sheets were stained and when I asked for new ones, they handed me a pile at the door and I had to change them myself! The ‘new’ set of sheets had holes. Like it was totally unacceptable. The staff was very friendly but that’s not enough to make up for the dust and dirty furnishings that have been there for decades. The bathroom grout and shower itself were discoloured, the walls were sweaty, and the chairs literally had puffs of dust. Be warned that the photos online are not what most of the rooms look like. I stayed the one night because we got in so late and then I immediately moved the next morning.

I am giving 1 star to this place…for its great location. Anything else, during our 5 day stay was unacceptable, and honestly, criminal. The first night when we arrived, noticed a bunch of black filthy spots around the tub, but we were tired, so went to bed. Next morning we checked it a bit more, and decided to ask for a different room, because nobody wanted the black moldy bathroom. The manager gave us a different room, on the same level, which was in not much better condition than the first. We also noticed the stains on the bedding, the worn beyond limit’s towels. Still quiet. After our third night we still didn’t have any housekeeping, so went down to the reception desk to ask for some help. After we got back to the hotel, there were two small, one use soaps, toilet paper, and two (decaf!!) coffee pods on our counter. No new towels, or the dirty ones removed. No cleaning. The general condition of the rooms we’ve seen was worse than I’ve seen ever in a hotel. Dirty carpets, the earlier mentioned black moldy bathrooms, the almost falling apart furniture , the lack of glasses, cutlery, or plates. Overall zero star quality for not a cheap price. Anyway, after the fourth night I galloped down to the reception desk to make my regular daily complaints, but this time I demanded a manager, to listen to my story, and check out the videos of the hotel room. No luck, but the receptionist took my cell number, and promised, that the manager would call me soon. Waited, waited….at the end went down again, and was pointed to the manager’s direction. He claimed to be busy, hence the missing call back. Anyway, I explained our situation yet another time, asking about the missing housekeeping, poor quality rooms, etc. At this point our vacation was completely in ruins, and all he could offer was taking the parking fee off of our bill. Well, at least something 😅 The next morning we finally left the place.
