Such a beautiful facility! All staff we interacted with (front desk, breakfast host and housekeeping) were very friendly and always had a smile on their face! The continental breakfast was wonderful! I didn't note we needed 2 connected rooms when reserving, so I called to confirm and they were totally accomodating.

The only issue we had was the heater /fan unit in the room sounded like a boeing jet all night had no sleep either to hot or to cold and the fan unit need to be upgraded to a newer quitter split system
Liked the pool and spa area open 24 hours that is great
room noise way to loud and annoying

Heat lamp in bathroom did nothing (wrong bulb)

Lovely and unique location, nowhere else quite like it.
Very attentive staff, nice gym and pool/sauna/hot tub and wonderful that the hours of the latter were 24/7, which is very rare these days!

We so enjoyed our quiet Christmas Eve in the Bitterroot Inn! We experienced the pool, sauna and jacuzzi, and really had ourselves a mini vacation before being with the family on Christmas. We will be coming back for NO REASON AT ALL when we want a little vacation. Thank you!

room was clean, but when I pulled the covers back and laid in bed, there were little pebble rocks between the mattress and the blankets. Hot tub jets were next to nothing for pressure. When you turn them on, you could barely see a change. There was no shampoo or conditioner for showering. I didn’t bring any because I was only there for one night. I figured I would just use theirs. When anybody turns on their tub/shower around your room it is super loud!

I had to have surgery in Hamilton and I don't live in the area so I got a room at the Bitterroot River Inn and I am so happy I did. They treated me amazing and we so helpful! Thank you yo the whole team at Bitterroot River Inn!

Not the properties fault but somone had a group of boys they let them run wild. Up and down the halls in the breakfast room. I didnf care but elderly people probably not intrested in a pile of kids being turds unspervises. Of course again property staff 100. Beautiful place. Thank you.

Booked a mountain view room, but got the parking lot. Also, noticed a BO smell, could not identify where it came from. Perhaps mattress.
