Basic hotel. Only towels and shower gel are provided - inconveniencing travelers.
Although breakfast is provided, you have to walk a distance away to have it at another hotel - this should be stated in the booking information page.

If you want to stay in the hotel because you only need a bathtub and a bed, then you are very satisfied. We want to see Hamburg as tourists, we leave early and come back late at night. Very close, just opposite the Hauptbahnhof train station. However, the road under the room was noisy. Fortunately, the windows are very soundproof, so we had to close them. But because of the summer, we would rather breathe fresh air in the room all night. The curtains are dirty (blood?). No towels were changed for five nights. They clean up the rubbish and make the beds every day. Due to location and traffic, it is usually a convenient hotel, but you need to pay attention to the neighborhood at night.
