We were very pleased with our stay. The place was very clean, conveniently located near the bus station and within walking distance of the metro. There is also a supermarket nearby, which was very practical. The only downside was the bed, which felt quite small for two people, especially since the room itself has enough space to accommodate a much larger bed.

The place is clean and new. The hotel is well furnished, with an electric stove, dishwasher, relevant crockery and wine glasses etc. You can also stream your videos from your phone to the TV. However, the place is slightly far from the city centre, necessitating a metro ride of around 15-20minutes to reach the central train station.

Staying at Smarments was an amazing experience! True to its name, the facility is genuinely ‘smart’, offering seamless self-check-in through an advanced digital system. The building is modern, spotless, and very well organized. I especially appreciated the 24/7 WhatsApp AI bot support, which made communication and assistance effortless. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. I highly recommend Smarments to any type of traveler, it will not disappoint!

It was a very comfortable hotel. I liked everything about it, especially the modern shower and the capsule coffee machine. There were two large grocery stores nearby — REWE and Lidl. There was also a subway station nearby, which made it possible to reach the city center very quickly.

Everything was very good, clean, the rooms spacious and nice, exactly like in the pictures. I am happy with the experience and I will definitely return.
