Book a deluxe room but get a superior room (according to the Resort's instructions. The room has a musty smell, the toilet flushed once will not be clean, smelly, stuck to death, only 1 day in the facility but the air conditioner has to be repaired twice. Surrounding area There are dead trees around, like an abandoned area. Complaint, the sales staff said there were no customers complaining, only me, like I was lying. The first time and the last time, I have never seen a place that bad Minh Recomment is not here

The resort is very large, with a large area in the middle of the vegetable plot and some poultry, chickens, ducks, geese, sheep and rabbits, no plans. From the villa to the restaurant by car or bike, each villa provides two bicycles, the road is dark at night. The beach is okay, sometimes the waves are big and not allowed to go to the sea, the swimming pool is large, there is a 1.2 deep and a small children swimming pool. The villa bathroom is large and beautiful. The house is like a sun room. The house is also very hot during the day when the sun is large, and the air conditioner is fine. The only downside is that there are so many flies in the restaurant that it doesn't feel very good. There will be no plates or water cups for a while. The food is not very rich, mainly Vietnamese cuisine. There is a karaoke, you can sing, the environment is good, many Chinese songs. More suitable for family trips.

This is my third time stayed in this lovely hotel. The first time was 11 yrs ago, and last time was 7 yrs ago. I came back because it was the most relaxing, quiet and beautiful resort in VN, and it’s still a lovely resort after these years. Some changed if compared to years ago, but the changes for better. I really missed and wishing the row of coconut trees along the beach in front of the hotel’s beach still there. I later learned that due to the storms hitting the beach badly and it knocked down all the coconut trees. I think, the management should bring back those trees. The staffs have new faces but all are wonderful. The foods are great. Julian Moore the new manager came around in the morning to say hello the guests was very nice gestures. The room is nice and spacious. The main swimming pool expanded in size, so it’s larger now. And few smaller swimming pools scattering around the resorts were still like brand new ! I will definitely be back whenever I’m in KeGa for sure.

I really like this resort, the staff are all very enthusiastic and take good care of customers. - The room is designed in the old house style of HQ, simple and small, beautiful, clean. Because everything is new, there is a little paint smell when I first enter. Around each apartment, there are plants and flowers, I see that there are umbrellas to spray insecticide in the morning, so although the trees are abundant, I didn't see mosquitoes or anything. 👏 - There are trams to move in the resort area. The guys drove by electric cars and saw that we were walking, the auto ran back to pick me up, not let me walk. Or you can contact the front desk so you can take the car down and pick you up to your room. - Breakfast buffet in general includes basic dishes, but everything is clean and delicious. Nvien clean regularly.

Facilities, beautiful beach, spacious rooms, reasonable prices. The resort is very beautiful, quiet, beautiful, large swimming pool, the most impressive thing for me is the warm and enthusiastic service attitude of the staff here. During my stay here, I was very helpful by the receptionist about the necessary information, transportation and helping to book trains and cars.

The price/performance ratio is very high. You also get tickets for the land and water park. It is recommended. But the windows in the room are too bright. Curtains should be installed. There are buses in the amusement park. The golf cart pick-up is very convenient. Pay attention to sun protection in hot weather.

1/ The location of this resort is in a sea area with a lot of waste oil. The sand on the shore has a lot of black sand that looks like oil or is not clean. This is a heavy minus point that I will hardly come back to the resort again. 2/ Catering services including breakfast buffet, gym, yoga practice are generally good. 3/ The major minus point and I will not choose to return to this resort is the power outage in the room many times during the night (shutdown and then shut down and then open ....) I went in the middle of July when the rainy season started but I couldn't sleep because there was no air conditioning. One night I had to wake up many times to turn on the air conditioner because the hot kids couldn't sleep. 4/ The bed has a waterproof mattress and pillow cover that rustles every time you turn it over... in general, it makes people unable to sleep well. Without a good night's sleep, people have wild dreams, some of my friends say it's like this resort has a problem (spiritual...) so they sleep around :). I have the same problem, so I don't know what to do. 5/ My family was almost forced to compensate for the slippers because the children carried them around between rooms (they found the slippers). I think I agree to pay compensation for the loss of slippers but it must be a brand new pair of slippers, and the resort sandals are old and very old, I don't know how to compensate if I lose my slippers, I must be very upset. I say that because surely no one will take such old slippers. Sorry I don't have a picture of the shoes. Hope this information helps the resort to further improve its services. Thanks,

It was a wonderful time spending here. The room is very nice and clean, the breakfast is fantastic. this place is amazing The room is very large and clean High view can see the whole city, my favorite is the open air elevator, it feels very good 😊 Ah, and the breakfast is also very good
