This hotel was stunning, rooms, view, food and staff were 5 star. Trang was amazing and helped us with suggestions on where to go in the city and we were very pleased. They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The area is still under construction. This (at the moment) results in a less beautiful view/environment. But I am convinced that it will be beautiful within a year. The hotel location is quite far from the city center and shopping malls. A car or taxi is needed. Or you can get bicycles at the hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Special note to Tracy, she has served us several times with very personalized service. Couldn't be better! The 3 restaurants in the hotel are highly recommended. We stayed 6 days in an apartment in this hotel.

I had a great time at this Hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. I went during the Labor Day holiday and it was a bit chaotic especially during check in, I was lucky enough to have the manager to help me check in, he was so nice and friendly he even noticed I was exhausted and hungry, promised to get me a room asap and voilà! The room was clean and spacious, with a really nice view of the golf course and part of Ha Long Bay. 👉 You have to visit the Sky Bar on 21st floor & Bamboo Restaurant. they both are top notch! .👉 Swimming pool was great but we didn’t use due to cold weather but they have indoor temperature controlled swimming pool as well which was equally wonderful 👉 Hotel staff left no stone unturned to make our stay memorable. 👉Only few staff speak English but that won’t be any issue 👉 Overall, if you planning with your parents/family, you should Consider this one..

We stayed in a 2BR apartment, which was cosy, but adequate for our family of four. Having 2 bathrooms was great, and the A/C was lovely and cool. The kitchen only had 4 glasses, 2 coffee cups, some tea/coffee, a kettle and a fridge, so not setup for any sort of self-catering. Rooftop pool was well utilised by our family during the limited opening hours (closed during the middle of the day). Gym was well equipped but warm with no A/C or fans. We didn’t use the indoor pool, although it looked nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast - mix between set menu and buffet, depending on the day. The staff were excellent. In the restaurant, Rosie was always helpful and happily shared ideas for planning our days. The hotel reception staff - in particular Ms. Nga and Ms. Thu, helped plan several activities, including booking massages, taxis, Ha Long Bay tour and airport transfer on arrival, and transfer to Hanoi on our behalf. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Room is superb clean. Facilities are good. Location wise is far from tuan chau harbour & Bay chai harbour. Do not trust the transport that arrange by hotel's lady! Is not even taxi nor hotel's car, is a personal car who trying to charge high price. (1) We requested hotel to pick us up at 14km away from. Pre-comunicate via WhatsApp is 200k vnd, and when we arrived hotel, the guy intend to charge us 250k vnd but lastly we show him supporting proof & called hotel then only allowed 200vnd. (1) we also ask the hotel lady to book taxi from hotel to 6.1km away for where our bus pick us. Same guy again, with same trick. We ask the lady how much will be the cost , she ask us not to worry as is meter will 1km 12k vnd. Then we insist and the price range then she mentioned range 100k-150k. When end of the trip. We are asking to pay for 150k vnd without using meter. Conclusion, very nice & clean hotel but do not ask hotel reception for taxi. Or if want, insist them to book a proper taxi for u with pre-agree price. Not personal type car.

Stepping into the hotel door, what impressed me and my wife the most was the way the receptionist named Vy and bellman Hiep helped me and I check in very enthusiastically. On our tour through Vietnam we stayed in this hotel. It is central, nearby are several restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean and maintained and the staff were also quite friendly. Due to the Corona pandemic, few guests were present, so breakfast had to be ordered on the day before. The continental version, consisting of roasting, spice, small sausages, salad, bread and fresh fruit was sufficient and delicious. We had a pleasant stay in any case.
