We arrived early in the morning 5:00 ,and the night Portier was very rude. Not really helpful. Later under the stay, the same
experience with him. The day shift staff was helpfully and friendly.
Unfortunately there was an event outside the hotel under our stay what leads to noise disturbing early in the morning under our stay.

Very clean hotel with great service. The room is very spacious and we had a good view of the bay. The included breakfast was good and the staff are very attentive. The location is a bit further out but still walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Cuong at the front desk was especially helpful and nice. All staff that I came into contact with were very pleasant and friendly. I really liked the decor and the location was pretty good, especially if you don't mind walking a bit to check out the city. Hotel was pretty clean. It was also not too far from the center. Hotel felt pretty secure.

The view was great from my room... Room was clean and comfortable.... The staff was helpful and kindly... Breakfast buffet had some good options... I would recommend this to any travellers thinking of staying in Ha Long.... Thank for making my wonderful stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights and the customer service was excellent with very warm and accommodating staff. The rooms were kept very clean and are very spacious and modern. The breakfast and restaurant food are very good particularly the fried chicken. Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent customer service , with nice smile ! The manager name Mai is warm wellcome and helpful!

The room is spacious, very neat and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast could have been better. The restaurant in the hotel is expensive and the food was not the best. There is a bellman who seems to like to be tipped every time he helps customers.
